The customer shall provide all required information, documents, and data completely, accurately, and in a timely manner. Delays or additional work resulting from missing or incorrect documents may be charged separately if agreed upon.

4. Fees & Payment

Prices, payment deadlines, and payment terms are determined by the respective quotation, contract, or invoice. Additional services may be charged separately.

Where applicable, VAT shall be charged and stated in accordance with the applicable UAE regulations.

5. Confidentiality

Customer data and business information shall be treated confidentially. Disclosure shall only take place where legally required or necessary for the agreed provision of services.

6. Liability & Advice

Our services are based on the information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of such information.
